electric_sh0ck on "[Plugin: UpdraftPlus Backup and Restoration for WordPress] How to use the database file?"

Hi,
when I download the last Database file from the last back up, the file is just file type "File" so I am wondering what SQL software will allow me to review the entries in the database file? I would like to review it first before deciding to restore the database.
