Akram Taghavi-Burris on "[Plugin: UpdraftPlus Backup and Restoration for WordPress] Failed to upload"

I have a brand new site I just set up and I wanted to make sure to set up the UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore plugin.
In WordPress every time I go to add new plugin, it tells me that the installation failed.
What could be causing this.
I haven't done anything to the site yet, it's still the shell from a clean install.
Your help would be appreciated.
