Thanks, David. I'm afraid of making an error in the database. I'm not able to log in to the dashboard. In phpMyAdmin, I've found in the database active_plugins and it seems like the option_value entry is:

I know there are other plugins we're using that aren't appearing here, but not sure if that is an issue. Should I delete the entry so the field is blank? I'm not sure how to find option_value in column format.
