I have configured the plugin like this:

File backup intervals: Daily and retain this many backups: 1
Database backup intervals: Daily and retain this many backups: 1

but I have this:
Backups, logs & restoring:
14 set(s) available
I'm using googledrive, some files are stored there some are still in updraft folder on my site almost filling my quota. Also I see the message:
Last finished backup run: No backup has been completed.
What's wrong here?
