Hi,
If so, how do I know which is which in case I have to use FTP to do the restore?
If you examine the full filename, then you'll see "uploads", "themes", "plugins", "others" or "db" in the filename, indicating which is which.
And how do I restore the database?
Though I think you'll be successful restoring piece-by-piece in UpdraftPlus (rather than manually) (because I can see from the log that you've already successfully done that with the database), you can restore the database manually by accessing your web hosting control panel and finding the SQL manager in there (usually phpMyAdmin) - and then uploading the UpdraftPlus database backup (the db.gz file) into that (it is standard SQL and compatible with any such tool).
Best wishes,
David
