this hosting is giving me some headaches... for a strange reason (AFAIK ownership related) I can't install or upgrade any plugin or wp version via the wp desktop. I have to upload the files in the plugins folder. I even tried 0777 but nope. It only created a temporary folder called upgrade byt no file is created. So this is one more issue but an important one because I need to backup everything so I can rest :) At least in this case the other files were zipped and backed up as you see in the jpeg
