Okay, I'll get back with the IT team though I'm not sure what to ask them to look for, we will see. If you have any tips to pass along for what I should ask them to look at let me know, like you mentioned there are other plugins that want to create folders underneath wp-content so I'd like to get a one-stop solution in place.
